Call us crazy, but we often accepted the jobs that no one else would tackle! Here's just one example: this garage apartment in the Montrose area was rotting into the ground and headed for the wrecking ball. After a lot of cost analysis, creativity and hard work, we were able to restore it to 'as new' condition, code compliant!
Additionally, worked for my father's engineering firm in Miami, FL, while in
college, and witnessed first hand the construction of this 500 bed private hospital. Responsibilities included communicating design updates from the engineers to the on-site foreman, and checking that the various changes were actually implemented.
