As always, my objective was to 'step it up a notch,' and provide the absolute highest possible level of service to my realty clients - so I bought a super-high-tech FLIR infrared camera and learned how to use it.  

 

With this marvelous device, we could 'see' hidden mechanical defects immediately when first visiting a property - and then use that data to EITHER achieve the best result in the contract negotiations, or, enable us to 'avoid a lemon' and keep looking for the right house!
