Managed a factory that had a seasonal high of 70 employees per year; personally served as the HR manager - to interview, hire, manage, and terminate employees when and as needed.

Provided hands-on direction and leadership for company teams; including product design, factory production, and sales - for the creation, manufacture and marketing of two unique consumer products.


And here's a classic example of "professional development" -- Johnny Morris joined us at the age of 18 as a machine operator, and very quickly took on additional responsibilities, including final QC of the silk screen printing; and ultimately served as the Assistant to the CEO, supervising the booth setup and representing the company at numerous national trade shows!
